As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will design and execute extensive digital advertising strategies across different Google Ads platforms. Your expertise will be key in maximizing ROI, efficiently managing budgets, and consistently enhancing campaign performance. You will collaborate with internal teams to create impactful ads and landing pages, staying updated on industry trends to capitalize on the latest features and opportunities.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital advertising strategies on various Google Ads platforms.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and oversee advertising budgets across campaigns and channels for optimal performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to create conversion-optimized creative assets and landing pages.
  • Innovation & Testing: Continuously experiment with new ideas, ad formats, and targeting strategies to enhance campaign performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze key metrics to provide actionable insights for performance optimization.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and platform updates to leverage the latest features.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work with external partners to efficiently execute campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years managing Google Performance Marketing campaigns across various Google platforms.
  • Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Demand Generation: Experience with Demand Generation is advantageous.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data interpretation and actionable insights derivation abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving performance goals in digital advertising campaigns.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Industry Experience: Preferred experience in healthcare-related advertising campaigns.
