Purpose:
To assist in the day-to-day operation of the law firm. Will be supporting two attorneys and the Senior Paralegal.
Essential Duties:
Draft legal motions, notices, pleadings, letters, and more. File legal documents in the appropriate software. Draft discovery, speak with clients to go over discovery questions, and help respond to discovery. Speak with clients and help answer questions or relay information between clients and attorneys and vice versa.
Description:
Experience:
Experience in a law firm and preparing legal documents. Proficiency in speaking, understanding, and writing in English and Spanish.
- Legal Assistant who will have paralegal functions such as Drafting legal documents and become a bridge of communication between clients and attorneys. Will be supporting 2 Attorneys.
- High English proficiency and Spanish: will maintain constant communication with clients.
- Someone who is compromised, organized, and does not get easily frustrated with repetitive tasks and repetitive questions. Entrylevel willing to train them on discovery calls.
- Key characteristics: willingness to learn, selfdriven, go getter.
