Lead a Team of 15 staff, who located in multiple countries in LA region, support daily cash management and accounts payable tasks, including:
- Manage daily cash flow for each bank account to make sure enough fund for payments, making priority for critical payments, manage intercompany settlement base on cash flow status, coordinate on internal funds transfer.
- Manage cash forecast, including cash in and cash out
- Negotiate FX rates, bank charges with banks
- Provide various reports to banks or government as country requirements accurately and timely.
- Manage payment successful status with banks and payment teams, coordinate on quick resolution.
- Make sure the signatures with bank is always up to date.
- Collect vendor invoices and make sure all invoices agree with local regulations, PO, amounts, dates and company data.
- Coordinate with tax team on tax and WHT amount calculation of each invoice and prepare tax template
- Submit vendor invoices in system for payment, and manage payment on time
- Manage payment proposal with forecast
- Support Vendors or internal users on payment queries
- Regular report to senior leaders on cash position, intercompany settlement status, vendor invoices handled, payment on time status etc.
