What the role is Join our team to create and offer world-class coworking and community to Selina's ecosystem of digital nomads, guests and locals all coming together in one space.

The Cowork Supervisor will oversee the customer journey, marketing, community development and certain operational aspects to create an incredible experience and keep growing the community.

If you are passionate about facilitating successful Coworking and community and want to help us build a Cowork Destination that the world talks about, you have come to the right place What you will be doing Strategy & Growth:

Strategize with the Global Director of Cowork to create the Cowork's strategic growth plan and revisit periodicallyWork with Brand to incorporate Selina's values into the Cowork offerings, as well as our messaging and marketingIdentify the best channels for sales and marketing and implement a successful sales process.

Create partnerships to strengthen the community, drive brand awareness and cowork revenue.

Experience:

Manage all day to day operations of the cowork for smooth sailingCreate a stellar community experience in collaboration with the community team.

This is a combination of weekly community events, engaging the online community, work with community partners, etc.
Periodically review Cowork Satisfaction scores and feedback and work with the location team to continuously improve our Cowork Experience.

Management:

Work closely with stakeholders, Community Residents and other people in our team to manage our coworking space and community.

Report to the Director of Cowork and/or Leadership team on the product status, strategy and performance on a regular basis.

What you need for the role Degree within the subject of Travel, Tourism, or Management desired but not required.
Prior experience within the Cowork, Digital Nomad, Travel industry.
Preferable experience with a renowned Cowork OperatorA natural community builder with a passion for connecting people.
Strong written and oral skills, with experience presenting to senior management.
Deep knowledge of Selina's target audience.
