(we call them POD Coordinator's) to help manage and shape our marketing teams so they can empower businesses to achieve their goals.

- This is for a FULLY remote position (working for a USAbased company)
- Must be able to regularly accommodate work in USA hours.

What You'll Do:

Lead Agile Projects:Facilitate agile SCRUM ceremonies, drive the adoption of agile practices, and support the team in achieving their sprint goals.

Strategic Planning: Align digital marketing projects with Tier 11's strategic objectives, ensuring that every project contributes to our overarching vision.

Drive Project Delivery: Manage project timelines, scope, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Problem-Solving:Proactively identify challenges and spearhead solutions, maintaining momentum and ensuring continuous improvement.

Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring tasks are efficiently delegated and workloads are manageable.

Process Improvement:Advocate for and implement process improvements, leveraging principles like Kaizen for continuous enhancement.

Qualifications / Experience:
- Proven experience in digital project management, with a strong foundation in Agile methodologies preferably SCRUM.
