The legal assistant compiles biographical information and data from clients and places the information into our forms and case management database.


  • The position requires the gathering of supporting documents for filings before the administrative agencies, consulates and immigration courts.
  • Ability to proofread, draft letters from templates and use checklists is a requirement.
  • Heavy client contact, phones, calendaring of appointments is required, in addition to the preparation and filing of petitions with USCIS and the courts.
  • Ability to work with persons from other cultures with a positive attitude is a must.
- law or can demonstrate outstanding academic achievements.
