We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer for our client in the consulting services sector.
This is a 6 month 100% remote opportunity with a possibility of extension.



Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, and test plans.
  • Provide postproduction support, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions.
  • Deploy code into production environments, following proper change management procedures.
  • Actively participate in Agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on web development languages, specifically JavaScript and/or XML.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in working with relational databases.
  • Experience running at least 4 development projects, demonstrating strong project management and delivery skills.
  • Handson experience deploying code into production environments and providing postproduction support.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with onshore and offshore development models.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
