What to expect in this role

You will be part of a creative and dynamic team that is highly motivated to create impact.

As Senior UI/UX Designer you will:


Conduct all phases of the UX & design process: user research, concept development, visual design and prototyping- Understand and translate user needs, business requirements, and technical capabilities into innovative product solutions- Take full ownership of your work and the details required to ship a successful product- Define entire user experiences, and interaction concepts.

Creating wireframes, user flows, site maps and high-fidelity prototypes- Create intuitive, elegant, user-centric designs- Collaborate with cross-functional team members throughout the design phase to address iterative feedback and to ensure optimal design execution- Work with our engineers to effectively implement the product vision and understand the limitations and necessities of the development side- Handle multiple projects at once as part of a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative team.


Qualifications and Tech Proficiency- 5+ years of proven experience as UI/UX Designer- Strong portfolio that demonstrates UX and visual skills in digital products- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy- Advanced knowledge of the best UX/UI practices for web and mobile and the best components for Android and iOS- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Proficiency in Se, etc.

- FinTech Startup background is a PLUS- Collaborative, self-motivated, curious, and humble attitudes- Fluency in English- Ability to adapt to change
