Tu rol en Baxter


Como Especialista de TI en Manufactura, serás el responsable de garantizar que las necesidades de tecnología de Manufactura se escuchen, prioricen y entreguen para cumplir con los resultados comerciales de las plantas de fabricación asignadas.

Este líder será un miembro clave del liderazgo de las necesidades de TI y se asociará estrechamente con los gerentes de planta, los gerentes de entrega de TI de planta y los equipos de TI globales para impulsar soluciones eficientes, liderando la resolución de problemas críticos diarios mediante la aplicación de análisis y planificación estratégica, así como evaluaciones de soluciones para habilitar las funciones de manufactura de Baxter.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter

  • Asociarse estrechamente con los gerentes de planta asignados para comprender la estrategia regional, global y los objetivos comerciales, para traducir eso en las estrategia de TI necesarias para la fabricación en el segmento.
  • Comprender los impulsores financieros clave y los objetivos estratégicos para las plantas asignadas en el Segmento.
  • Crear, compartir, impulsar y aplicar la tecnología de diferentes maneras para ayudar a la posición financiera y los objetivos estratégicos de fabricación dentro del segmento.
  • Garantizar que los recursos y proyectos estén alineados con estos objetivos comerciales.
  • Desarrollar y poseer una estrategia de TI para las plantas, con una hoja de ruta tecnológica que alinee el plan comercial y las capacidades de TI, buscando constantemente la estandarización.
  • Desarrollar y poseer estrategias de TI de fabricación local para alinearse con los estándares de software globales y las necesidades de mejora locales.
  • Colaborar con ejecutivos y otros líderes para definir la hoja de ruta de aplicaciones y TI a largo plazo.
  • Asociarse estrechamente con los líderes para establecer prioridades, colocando expectativas realistas en la entrega y alcance de cada proyecto.
  • Actuar como SME y formador de otros miembros de los equipos de fabricación y TI en apoyo de la mejora continua, el enfoque en el cliente y la innovación.
  • Velar por el presupuesto de TI, aseurándose de que cumpla con los tiempos, metas, directrices y objetivos establecidos.
  • Llevar a cabo la negociación y administración de proveedores necesarios para los proyectos, asegurando la transparencia y el cumplimiento con los lineamientos de Baxter.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar las relaciones con recursos internos y externos, proveedores y departamentos para garantizar una comunicación coherente y colaborativa.
  • Garantizar la implementación de políticas y procedimientos locales/corporativos de TI para garantizar un entorno seguro que cumple con todas las regulaciones.
