We are searching the best talent for a Field Force Performance Analyst to be in Bogota, Colombia.

Purpose:

The Field Force Performance will be responsible for supporting the TAs at a cluster level managing the performance and execution of field teams through metrics and indicators in order to generate insights that help decision.

This position will report to the Field Force Performance Leader and will work closely with local business units to analyze the productivity of field force teams in each cluster and identify improvement opportunities.


You will be responsible for:

  • Develop, monitor, and provide visibility of Field Force performance indicators
  • Manage the performance of the sales force, ensuring that execution and productivity metrics are generated, analysed, and communicated
  • CVT KBQ understanding to generate field force insights through BACI Business Partner
  • Cluster FFE dashboard monitoring (not development)
  • Develop benchmarks across clusters to share best practices
  • Field Force productivity improvements analysis and identification
  • Field force sizing and territorial structuring insights
  • Level 2 queries support for field force
  • Create and implement targeting & segmentation models for different clients, including HCPs and Payers
  • Maintain the correct customer structure of field teams in the CRM platform
  • Support the evaluation of the sizing and territorial structuring
  • Work together with all FFE teams to create synergies in data analysis projects, implementation/deployment of tools for the sales force and field productivity optimization and collaborate in the design and execution of Advanced Analytics projects. This will ensure best practice sharing
  • Provide support and training to field teams

Qualifications:

Qualifications and requirements:

  • University graduate in areas such as Business, Administration, Marketing, health or related areas.
  • 13 years of experience in related areas.
  • Advanced level of English (oral and written) is a must.
