Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization of design projects, from ideation to execution.
  • Develop comprehensive execution plans for projects and oversee their successful completion.
  • Conceptualize original, innovative designs and illustrations that align with project objectives.
  • Curate appropriate images, typography, graphics, and layouts to convey project messaging effectively.
  • Ensure userfriendly designs that maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
  • Generate and present fresh design concepts that push creative boundaries.

  • Act as a liaison between the marketing and design teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to continually elevate design standards.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English at C1 level or above.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Demonstrated experience as a graphic designer, preferably with 23 years of relevant work experience.
  • Keen attention to visual details and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Expertise in design software tools.
  • Solid command of design techniques and visual elements.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in UX design is a plus.
