  • Dirigir y supervisar las operaciones diarias del equipo contable, proporcionando orientación y apoyo.
  • Asignar tareas y establecer prioridades para garantizar una distribución equitativa de la carga de trabajo.
  • Fomentar el desarrollo profesional del equipo a través de capacitación, retroalimentación y oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y lineamientos contables globales y de las normativas internacionales y locales
  • Garantizar que el proceso de cierre contable mensual, trimestral y anual se cumpla en tiempo y calidad
  • Supervisar la preparación y revisión de estados financieros y reportes fiscales en cumplimiento con los estándares contables y regulatorios aplicables.
  • Garantizar la exactitud de los balances contables, realizando conciliaciones y ajustes según sea necesario.
  • Garantizar la contabilización adecuada de transacciones complejas, como ingresos diferidos, provisiones y otros.
  • Garantizar el correcto manejo de movimientos intercompany Colaborar con equipos internos y externos para facilitar auditorías internas y externas.
  • Asegurarse de que todos los registros y documentación sean mantenidos y archivados de acuerdo con las regulaciones y políticas pertinentes
  • Identificar y abordar proactivamente posibles problemas de cumplimiento y presentar soluciones efectivas
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de los procesos de control interno en el país.
  • Evaluar y mejorar continuamente los procesos contables para aumentar la eficiencia y la calidad
  • Implementar automatizaciones de tareas rutinarias y agilizar el flujo de trabajo contable
  • Trabajar estrechamente con el Finance Manager para garantizar la coherencia y precisión en la información financiera y contable
  • Colaborar con el equipo legal para asegurar que se cumplan las obligaciones fiscales y legales de la empresa
  • Proporcionar análisis financiero y contable para respaldar la toma de decisiones estratégicas

Esperamos que, quien ocupa el rol, reúna las siguientes características:

  • Profesional Titulado y Colegiado de la carrera universitaria de Contabilidad
  • Mínimo 5 años en cargos similares
  • Idealmente 2 años de experiência en liderazgo de equipos
  • Conocimientos contables y tributarios
  • Conocimiento de ERP y manejo de Software contable
