Within your role, you will:

  • Based on existing guidelines, identifies and informs client about potential frauds.
  • Validates new valid documents used by customers.

What will make you successful for the role:

  • A C2 level of Portuguese (both written & spoken)
  • A B2 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • Experience in Contact Center could be an advantage
  • Curiosity, always looking for solutions Attention to detail and "willingtohelp" attitude
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 schedule in 3 shifts pattern
