Funciones:
- Relacionamiento con fábrica en cuanto a políticas y lineamientos de marca / campañas a desplegar en Colombia para asegurar la correcta comunicación de marca en Colombia, alineada con la estrategia regional/mundial.
- Control y ejecución del presupuesto de mercadeo de las marcas bajo su responsabilidad, a nível nacional para asegurar la máxima eficiencia en el gasto, con un enfoque en maximizar la venta y el ROI.
- Planeación de la estrategia de mercadeo y comunicación (ATL, BTL, RRPP, Trade Marketing) de las marcas a nível nacional para alinearla con el portafolio de productos y el target de cliente al que se quiere impactar.
- Liderar las iniciativas de inversión en mercadeo de la red de concesionarios a nível nacional, para alinearlas con aquellas desplegadas para la marca y de acuerdo a los objetivos de venta para cada plaza y punto de venta.
- Asegurar el respeto de los lineamientos de Marca de vehículos y marca "Dercocenter" a nível de la red de concesionarios para asegurar una unidad a nível de la comunicación de la marca y de la marca Dercocenter.
- Control presupuestal/gasto y desarrollo de métricas de eficiencia de inversión en mercadeo, relacionándolas con las ventas para lograr la optimización del gasto de mercadeo a nível nacional, regional y por showroom.
Requisitos:
Nível academico:
Mínimo carrera Universitaria, Especialización o Maestría como un "plus" pero no-requeridas; Ingeniero Industrial o Ingenierías en general, Economía, Administrador de empresas, Mercadeo/Publicidad, Diseño gráfico y Periodismo
Experiência:
De 3 a 4 años de experiência en mercadeo automotriz, mercadeo de consumo masivo, agencia de medios, mercadeo retail.
Importante experiência en estrategias de mercadeo enfocadas al punto de venta, Manejo de presupuesto de mercadeo superior a $1.000 MM/año, Ideal experiência liderando el área de mercadeo a nível de concesionario de vehículos con ventas de más de 70 unidades/mes (en su defecto, experiência en áreas de mercadeo automotriz a nível de la "marca), Manejo de agencias de publicidad, agencia de medios, investigación de mercados, agencias de BTL, manejo de fabricas o casas matricez.
