El objetivo de la posición es:
Management of the non-productive purchasing portfolio for the Andean region.

Development of cost-saving projects through sourcing strategies and portfolio analysis techniques for the selection and development of a supplier base for different purchasing portfolios.

This includes analyzing needs, market analysis, tenders, negotiations and alignment.

Acting as a liaison between the Legal department and suppliers, ensuring follow-up on contract negotiations and identifying commercial terms, deadlines, and special clauses for each case.

Also responsible for optimizing the price-quality relationship of products and providing service levels to departments such as Marketing, HR, IT, Sales, Legal, Finance, among others.

Responsible for all aspects of strategy definition and execution, commercial negotiation, contract development, and portfolio development for the entire Andean region.


Alcance:
Colombia 50% - Peru 40% - Ecuador 10% -> Cross BU Service (Health + Nutrition + HyHo)

Algunas de las funciones son:

  • Management of the commercial purchasing portfolio.
  • Development of costsaving projects through sourcing strategies and analysis techniques in the portfolios. Optimization of the pricequality relationship of goods and services.
  • Selection and development of supplier bases for different commercial portfolios.
  • Analysis of market needs, tenders, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Acting as a liaison between the Legal department and suppliers, ensuring followup on contract negotiations and commercial terms, deadlines, and special clauses for each specific case.
  • Definition of the strategy and execution for the commercial purchasing portfolio.
  • Integration of needs from both business units (HyHo & Health).
  • Improvement of internal processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with global purchasing policies.

Requerimientos:

  • Inglés intermedio
  • Por lo menos 2 años de experiência en compras/negociación
  • Portfolio management, data analysis in Excel, knowledge of SAP modules, customer service, project management, negotiation techniques, advanced English.
