ERM is seeking a motivated M&A Managing Consultant, who is interested in participating on a variety of Mergers and Acquisitions projects, to join our consulting firm in Bogota, Colombia.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or related areas.
  • More than 7 years of experience working in environmental sustainability consulting for various industries (preferably as Project Manager, leader, etc.).
  • ESG knowledge is a must.
  • Experience developing projects around IFC guidelines.
  • Knowledge of Equator Principles.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency is needed.
  • Experience working with data bases.
Accountabilities

  • Proposal management and reporting.
  • Key client followup.
  • Costing and formulation.
  • Team management.
  • LCET, ESG project leadership.
  • Among other important project management activities.
