We are looking for a Medical Education Manager AA, this position reports to the AMI Head and provides an important support for the AMI strategic plan development and implementation, being responsible of an academic program for injectors and the coordination of training courses based on the academic needs of the HCPs and on the main gaps identified in our brands, with the management of the Faculty group (speakers in Colombia and Export Market), who facilitate these trainings and with the follow-up and measurement of the academic progress of the HCPs the Region.


Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the strategic plan of Medical Education for the facial Medical Aesthetics team


Ø Collaborative working with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Business Excellence in designing and implementing the strategic goals for the AMI program for the facial medical aesthetics team.

Ø Implementation and follow up of a series of tactics designed to advance HCP education of and experience with Medical Aesthetics facial products under the AMI program

Ø Close teamwork with district managers and sales force team to support tactical execution of strategic initiatives within the facial AMI portfolio


Ø Participate with the Export Market team in the situational analysis of each market to design the educational strategy by country, create the tactical plan, follow up on implementation and monitor KPIs.


  • Lead the strategic thinking and execution related to the AMI Digital world portal and other innovative digital technologies as virtual reality, educational Apps and Virtual training.


Ø Provide support to the LATAM Multichannel Manager by giving feedback on the implementation of educational tools in the countries of the Northern Region to guarantee the correct implementation of the user interface, tools and user experience.

Ø Work with AMI Analyst responsible of diital tools administration, to ensure appropriate analytics and tracking to digital tools.

Ø Optimize the offering on the portal via webinars, curricula, and trends;

Ø Monitor content from Regional team in order to identify and lead the adjustments required for local implementation and ensure new and engaging content is constantly being offered to HCP's to facilitate progression along an educational journey;


Ø Work with the marketing, sales and digital team to evolve digital offers and support the selection of the appropriate doctor for the implemented activities.


  • Lead development and distribution of scientific and clinical material/tools
Ø Creation and adaptation of centrally approved scientific and clinical content for training materials to be used in Educational Workshops involving local HCPs;
Ø Periodic monitoring of market trends and competitive landscape to assess the need for revisions to the current scientific and clinical education materials;

  • Advancement and implementation of a faculty/KOL development program
Ø Collaborative working with AMI Head, and in country contacts to identify new faculty and trainers

Ø Development of a deployment plan to partner with appropriate faculty for key clinical and scientific projects (including but not limited to podium presentations, training events and media)


Ø Update the development curriculum to offer advancement to our trainers and meet their needs for continuous up-skilling and new learnings.


  • Support the KAM Export Market to partner with Key Accounts to create bespoke medical education programs
  • Maintain knowledge of current and future Allergan products in the medical aesthetics facial area

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree and Administrave degree, engineering, health sciences & Educational area
  • Experience almost 5 years in the pharmaceutical, consumer & device industry and /or fields related to training or education, including experience as Manager leading proyect and people
