C.H. Robinson is looking for someone to play a vital role in managing pre-bid, bid, and post-bid activities. As a Pricing Analyst, you will coordinate intricate pricing requests, review bid materials, and ensure accurate bid submissions. Working with teams across South America, you'll provide troubleshooting support and harness technology to enhance operations. If you hold a bachelor's degree, have 2+ years of relevant experience, and are fluent in English (both written and verbal), we encourage you to consider this opportunity. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage the incoming work queue, oversee the opportunity vetting board, address network troubleshooting requests, and respond to email inquiries
  • Coordinate and respond to complex daily pricing requests for new and existing customers
  • Utilize pricing tools to assist commercial teams effectively
  • Identify situations requiring additional pricing team involvement
  • Perform site administration and ensure quality assurance of bid submissions
  • Interpret award management reporting to ensure accuracy
  • Collaborate with various teams for strategic pricing approaches
  • Provide solutions for pricing and tool-related issues
  • Engage with stakeholders for insights on pricing and awards
  • Improve processes to enhance win ratios
  • Support the development of pricing team members

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or pricing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

Preferred:

  • Experience within C.H. Robinson or external logistics
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Prioritization and time management skills
