Manager Franchise Performance

El MFP proporcionará la dirección estratégica del negocio y la alineación con el fin de influir en los propietarios de franquicias en la maximización de la rentabilidad de su cartera y ayudar a alinear los procedimientos operativos de la tienda a las normas de la marca.
Este puesto comunicará el nível de rendimiento esperado de las ubicaciones y los franquiciados dentro de su área asignada en relación con los KPI y las métricas de la empresa.
Implementará el crecimiento del negocio mediante la identificación de posibles oportunidades de mejora operativa y proporcionará formación para reforzar las ubicaciones.
Las responsabilidades del puesto incluyen, entre otras, las siguientes Proporcionar orientación y educación operativa y de seguridad alimentaria durante las visitas a los restaurantes:Evaluar sistemáticamente los restaurantes utilizando el modelo PBE trimestralmente.
Documentar el cumplimiento de las normas de la empresa, las mejoras realizadas, las áreas de oportunidad y la orientación sobre cómo mejorar, si es necesario, durante las sesiones de entrenamiento.
Evaluar el rendimiento del restaurante en comparación con las políticas y los procedimientos, analizar los datos de ventas y costes y proporcionar instrucciones específicas y personalizadas para mejorar en estas áreas.
Revisar la cartera de los franquiciados y realizar revisiones periódicas del negocio para ver el potencial de crecimiento y las áreas de oportunidad.
Entrenar y aconsejar a los franquiciados para que alcancen los objetivos individuales de la tienda y del territorio.Orientar a los franquiciados para que hagan crecer su negocio tanto dentro de la comunidad local en la tienda como a través de las ventas en línea y la entrega.
Construir relaciones territoriales visitando todos los restaurantes asignados al menos trimestralmente dependiendo del nível de rendimiento, comunicándose con los franquiciados a través de correo de voz, correo electrónico, reuniones territoriales, reuniones individuales de franquicia y comunicaciones escritas.
Ganar el respeto de los franquiciados para ser reconocido como un activo para el negocio y líder en el campo.
Ayudar al Director de Territorio y al equipo de servicios compartidos con las revisiones de los sitios realizando partes de tres días de interceptación de clientes para todas las revisiones dentro del área asignada.
Proporcionar dirección y competencia a los franquiciados y al personal con respecto a las aperturas de nuevas tiendas y a las horas de entrenamiento de transferencia.
Cualificaciones:
2+ años de experiência en liderazgo de multi-unidades. 3+ años de experiência en cadena (franquicia) QSR o servicio completo.
Bilingüe:
español e inglés básico fuertemente preferido. Deseo de apoyar el éxito de múltiples propietarios de negocios. Trabaja bien de forma autónoma. Resuelve problemas con altos estándares. Habilidad para leer, entender y tomar decisiones de negocios desde un P&L. Éxito en el crecimiento de las ventas. Buena comunicación y capacidad para establecer relaciones.
