Admissions Analyst

Participate in the organization and execution of the processes required in the admissions department to ensure quality and timely service to prospective and confirmed students entering the Foundation.

Main Duties:

Support and manage the admissions processes for families interested in becoming part of the "Fundación Educativa de Inglaterra", ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
Conduct and accompany tours of the facilities according to the area's schedule.
Support and coordinate the logistical organization of Play Day events for both parents and children.
Support the proper development of academic exams for prospective students.
Develop new proposals and strategies that promote the management of the admissions department, as well as activities for new families and alumni.
Manage the CRM and other technological tools implemented in the area to provide timely and effective attention throughout the admissions process.
Ensure that the required documentation for family admissions meets the Foundation's established requirements.
Supervise the admissions assistant and the intern.

Skills and Specific Knowledge:

Technologist / Professional in Administrative Sciences, Marketing, or Communication
Specific experience in the Admissions Department at the educational level.
Marketing and Digital Marketing techniques.
Knowledge and management of customer service.
Proficiency in office software. Experience with CRM tools.
Level of English: B2+
