What's the opportunity?
As our FP&A Lead, you will embrace a dynamic business landscape while collaborating across departments to drive strategic financial insights and make a tangible impact on our financial journey.
What will you be doing?:
- Monitoring and controlling budget and forecast, profitability, and allocation by area.
- Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
- Analyzing profitability and deep dive margin analysis.
- Performing adhoc business analysis and financial modeling.
- Designing impactful and enlightening presentations.
What skills do you need?:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree will be a plus.
- Proficiency in utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, and Business Intelligence as your tools of choice, enabling you to effectively communicate financial insights and analyze data.
- Exceptional finance and analytical abilities, to drive informed decisionmaking.
- Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills, allowing you to seamlessly collaborate with multiple functional areas.
- Advanced/Fluent in English.
