GBS Payroll Administrator (Grado 7)
Job Summary
This position work with UPS systems, and internal and external contacts to ensure employees are paid correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Supports payroll processes.
- Maintains confidentiality of payroll information.
- Support telephone line.
Qualifications:
- Technicians, technologists or Student of the last semesters or graduate of administrativefinancial careers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Ability to run large queries using Microsoft Access
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed
Prior payroll experience
- Preferred not mandatory
- Possess working knowledge of union contractual language and nonunion wage plans
- Preferred
English Level 75%
- Mandatory.
Shift
- Type of work: Facetoface work with the possibility of entering a model of alternating for months with home office (2 months of office x 4 months of Home office).
- Hours and workplace: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m. (1 hour lunch and 20 min breaks) or 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (30 min lunch and 20 min breaks).
- Important, Availability to work on holidays.
