Como Activation Marketing Specialist desempeñarás un rol clave para generar valor agregado en las soluciones de 3M a fin de poderlas diferenciar en el mercado y poder posicionarlas en la división de Soluciones Médicas para los 8 países de Región Andina y Cono Sur.
En este rol podrás contribuir a introducir y penetrar los portafolios en las diferentes cuentas a fin de llegar a los objetivos de ventas.
Trabajarás con el área de ventas, canales de distribución, agencias externas, educación continua, precios, licitaciones, acceso y regulatorio entre otras para poder lograr los objetivos.
El impacto que tendrás en este rol- Liderarás la activación de las campañas de marketing del negocio de Soluciones Medicas en la región de Andina y Cono Sur.- Conducirás las acciones de generación de demanda para el cierre de venta de los productos diferenciados alineadas a la estrategia global.- Implementarás precios alineados a los corredores marcados por el equipo de portafolio.- Motivarás al equipo comercial para desplazar tu portafolio de manera efectiva.
Las habilidades y experiência que buscamos- Título profesional en Mercadotecnia, Administración, Enfermería o carreras afines.- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en mercadotecnia para el sector salud, de preferencia en dispositivos médicos- Nível de Inglés avanzado- Posición con base en Bogotá o Santiago con disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente 30% del tiempo.- Manejo de equipos de trabajo de distintas áreas, análisis de información (de ventas, financiera).
