We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist with advanced Excel skills to join our team in Colombia for a USA-based company.

The primary responsibility of a payroll specialist is to process employee payrolls. This involves calculating employees' wages, salaries, bonuses and other compensation based on time records, attendance and other relevant information. They must also take into account deductions or withholdings, such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for our USbased employees using advanced Excel skills to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries.
• Calculate and process payroll deductions, including taxes, benefits, and others in compliance with US laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members in the USA to address payrollrelated inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Work with the HR team in the USA to ensure accurate and timely employee onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status.

Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
