It's an exciting time to be part of IFF's Supervisor - Warehouse. As a Supervisor - Warehouse of IFF India, you will be responsible in maintaining smooth warehouse operations.

Responsible for maintaining day to day warehouse activities by ensuring employees to comply with safety standards and standard operating procedures laid by the organization.

Responsible for maintaining 5S of the warehouse and focus on continuous improvement in respective area.

About You:

To be successful in this role you must have 2-4 years of experience in handling warehouse at supervisory level.

Job Requirements:

You will spend your time

  • Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage of Materials.
  • Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company's procedures and requirements.
  • Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures, sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues.
  • Monitor and review operational methods to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvements within the operation.
  • Monitoring of Fork Lift Truck management
  • Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the SAP stock and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.
  • Record and communicate all shortages to Warehouse Manager in timely manner.
  • Possess the ability to lead and motivate a team of people to succeed by utilizing appropriate interpersonal styles.
  • Train & Motivate the team to meet Safety & Quality Requirements

Required Experience

  • Degree/ Diploma holder with 4 years' experience in handling warehouse at supervisory level
  • Must have knowledge in ISO standards & strong in Technical & Observational Skills
  • Basic knowledge in Computer literate with good numeric skills & analytical Skills
