Asegurar el funcionamiento los sistemas de mantenimiento externos y periféricos, con el fin que cada el equipo disponible para su utilización diaria.
2 Responsabilidades PrincipalesPromover las buenas prácticas en el uso de la tecnología de la empresa, buscando así asegurar el buen uso de cada equipo y reducir el número de posibles
daños.
Ejecutar mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos, según lo requiera el usuario, con el fin de dar repuesta oportuna a necesidades del cliente.
Implementar acciones de los FCA, PSS, MAR, INFO de la línea de industria asegurando cumplir los tiempos establecidos en el GCS.
Proporcionar información objetiva, clara y precisa sobre el uso de la base instalada de la filial.Garantizar la trazabilidad de la información de cada intervención realizada a cada equipo de forma específica, clara y objetiva.
Participar y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST de bioMérieux Colombia.

Ingeniería Electrónica, Ingeniería Biomédica, Ingeniería electromecánica
Dos (2) años de experiência cargo relacionado con servicio al cliente, deseable conocimiento del sector.

Excel Intermedio/ SAP Intermedio
Búsqueda de Causa Raíz /Capacidad de Escucha/ Organización, Método y ejecución/ Actitud de Servicio
