Accounting Specialist - AP/AR
Contract to hire

pay:
$23-26/hour, based on experience

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist in La Miranda. They are in the food manufacturing industry.
Maintain files for PO's and vouchers.
On a monthly basis, check all AP invoices against the AP report.
Open new vendor filesReceive and handle calls from vendors on past due invoices.
Communicate with vendors on invoice discrepancies.
Review AR Aging to verify past due accounts.
Communicate with customers on all past due accounts.
Print and email our billing statements.
Assist AP/AR Supervisor settlement for all drivers.
Responsible for deposits.
Other duties as assigned.

Pay Details:
$23.00 to $26.00 per hour
