We are currently looking for a
ServiceNow Consultant to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team

Responsibilities:

• Assess client needs, gather requirements, and propose tailored ServiceNow solutions
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and articulate how ServiceNow can address those cchallenges
• Manage ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the client's satisfaction
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including its core modules and features, to provide expert advice and solutions
• Proven track record in consulting, with the ability to assess client needs, gather requirements, and propose tailored ServiceNow solutions
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, understand their business challenges, and articulate how ServiceNow can address those challenges
• Experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the client's satisfaction

English B2 or above is mandatory:
