Responsibilities:

  • Schedule pick up and return appointments for imports on different terminal websites
  • Schedule empty pickup and return appointments for exports on different terminal websites
  • Ensure that all completed and in progress orders have the corresponding documents such as terminal receipts and proof of deliveries

Requirements and skills:

  • English Level B2 or above
  • Comfortable with calling terminals and shipping lines for troubleshooting as needed
  • Comfortable with calling drivers as needed
  • Comfortable with calling customers to schedule delivery appointments as needed
  • Eager to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work 6am 3pm PST Monday to Friday
