Sr. Business Process Improvement


Mastercard Consolidated Billing System (MCBS) program is looking for a Senior Analyst responsible for driving the projects to improve the Billing Experience and support related activities across Billing Services.


  • Business analyst and project management work related to MCBS project, system, and operations flows.
The Role

Successfully deliver major projects and complex assignments with broad scope and long-term business implications.

You will contribute to the strategies and design choices to build comprehensive believable and achievable execution plans to deliver new features and capabilities for our customers.

You will manage workstreams and system enhancements that will drive the execution on broadly impacting initiatives.

All about you

  • Well versed in Mastercard's business and products.
  • Have a passion for projects that will support the system build, operation and maintenance to meet business needs
  • Obsessed with results, and effectively communicate the project objectives and how success will be measured to stakeholders.
  • Develop and drive metrics for team delivery through inhouse and vendor based tools.
  • Remove impediments with the right sense of urgency, or guide teams in doing so
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams within MasterCard across locations to ensure project success
  • Being keenly aware of what is being delivered by the team and why, and the big program picture
  • Maintain, Radiate and Present project related information, & metrics for leadership review
  • Recommend strategic direction, continuous improvements and policy changes.
  • Advance operational and business concerns or issues relative to future business programs, projects, or enhancements that may affect consistent delivery of quality services.
  • Lead system enhancements to better enable scalable pricing initiatives.
  • Own collection and reporting of project and program metrics

Qualifications:

  • Experience writing requirements and testing solutions.
  • Knowledge of multiple software development concepts and methodologies
  • Detailoriented, proactive and able to function under pressure in an independent environment along with a high degree of initiative and selfmotivation to drive results.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written and strong relationship, collaboration skills along with strong project management and management reporting capabilities.
