WHAT YOU WILL DO


The Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for preparing financial information based on the analysis of results through monitoring sales, expenses and business profitability in order to identify the main deviations in key performance indicators.

This position reports to the Financial Planning Lead and is based in Bogotá, Colombia.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Participate in the consolidation of the investment budget exercise and sales forecast, complying with the delivery schedules and parameters defined by the region.
  • Prepare a variety of financial reports that allow analyzing whether the results are aligned with the demands and objectives established by the region.
  • Preparation of sign off closing reports and closing presentation.
  • Provide information access tools for use by the different business units.
  • Participate proactively in all the activities defined according to the position and role, within the framework of the SG-SST Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor ́s degree in Administrative careers.
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial planning.
  • Data analysis capacity.
  • Knowledge in budget preparation and control.
  • Advanced excel.
  • Desired SAP proficiency.
  • Intermediate English is required.

  • Process and solution design, demonstrating the ability to develop ideas.

El Financial Planning Analyst es responsable de preparar información financiera basada en el análisis de los resultados a través del monitoreo de ventas, gastos y rentabilidad del negocio con la finalidad de identificar las principales desviaciones en los indicadores claves de desempeño.

Esta posición reporta al Financial Planning Lead y tiene base en Bogotá, Colombia.

DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN

  • Participar en la consolidación del ejercicio presupuestal de la inversión y forecast de ventas cumpliendo con los calendarios de entrega y parámetros definidos por la región.
  • Elaborar una variedad de reportes financieros que permitan analizar si los resultados están alineados a las exigencias y objetivos establecidos por la región.
  • Elaboración de reportes de cierre de signoff y presentación del cierre.
  • Participar proactivamente en todas las actividades definidas según el cargo y rol, en el marco del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo SG-SST.

Experiência y educación:

  • Pregrado en Carreras Administrativas.
  • Un año de experiência en planificación financiera.
  • Análisis de datos.
  • Conocimientos en elaboración y control presupuestario.
  • Excel avanzado.
  • Deseable dominio de SAP.
  • Inglés intermedio.

  • Habilidades efectivas de comunicación asertiva.
