Position:
Real Estate & Facility Leader NAC&SAC Location: Colombia What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute the Real Estate strategy at the local level regarding projects: search for facilities, expansion of facilities, consolidation and site optimizations aligned with the corporate strategy in NAC and SAC.

Project Management:

Lead the planning, design and construction of new facilities, renovations and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule and environmental and sustainability standards.


Sustainability and environmental management:

Apply sustainable practices and initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of facilities, reduce energy consumption and improve resource efficiency at NAC and SAC sites.


  • Lead the implementation of CAPEX for NAC and SAC countries, this includes overseeing real estate projects and facility operations, including capital expenditures, operating expenses and leasing obligations, to optimize profitability and proper allocation of resources on the sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Global Supply Chain, HR, governance, Safety and Environment team, logistics, finance, among others to align Real Estate and Facilities strategies and projects according to the needs of the sites.
  • Lead and work hand in hand with the Facilities management provider for SAM to monitor the performance of the providers that operate in the NAC and SAC facilities under the IFM model.
  • Standardize the management of Real Estate and IFM in the countries under its responsibility, this includes the governance of the processes and procedures that allow the correct development of activities and projects.
  • Attend and accompany internal and external audits in order to support compliance with legal and operational requirements of the Real Estate and Facilities area
  • Control the management of real estate in the NAC and SAC countries, this includes the review and alignment with stakeholders of the requested contractual scopes, management and financial monitoring of the scope of the contracts, alignment with finances for billing and payment management.
