Role:
Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location:
Remote (Global)

Compensation:
(Currently) Equity only

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the handson development and implementation of our technology strategy, including building the product and iterating rapidly based on user feedback.
  • Drive the design, development, and deployment of our innovative platform, leveraging Generative AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies.
  • Build and mentor a highperforming engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to translate customer insights and business requirements into scalable, usercentric solutions.
  • Oversee the security, scalability, and reliability of our technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, identifying opportunities for product enhancement and competitive differentiation.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for technology innovation within the organization and the broader tech community.
  • Work as a team alongside the other founders to develop the vision and build the business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of handson leadership in technology innovation, with significant experience in building products from scratch in earlystage startup environments.
  • Experience building and scaling complex, highavailability platforms, preferably in the travel, ecommerce, or SaaS industry.
  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages, cloud computing, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Prior experience as a cofounder or earlystage startup team member is highly desirable.
