Digital Marketing Specialist



Your tasks and responsibilities:

- _ Responsible for the development of content architecture and structure of digital channels in Latin America._
- _ Plan and execute advertising campaigns in various digital media, guided by performance indicators._
- _ Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of digital campaigns and virtual events using different digital marketing tools and resources (SEO, SEM, E-mail marketing, Viral Marketing, influencer marketing, Analytics, A/B testing, etc)._
- _ Evaluate data and insights from campaigns and report the main metrics to the business units. Constantly optimize investment in digital marketing; analyze the data from the campaigns, formulate hypotheses regarding which actions could improve the results, carry out tests to validate them and implement the best version. Devise, develop and execute measurable and actionable tests on the different digital assets of the company, to increase conversion rates and increase ROI._
- _ Generate rapprochement with account executives from the main media, such as Google, LinkedIn and Facebook, in order to improve results and stay close to their innovations_
- _ Generation of organic and paid content for social networks._
- _ Responsible for the corporate website, content management, updating and optimization of sites._
- _ Project management: Manage the entire testing process, including prioritization, requirements analysis, implementation, measurement, and recommendation of next steps for digital campaigns._
- _ Evaluate industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies to improve the digital experience_

Your qualifications and experience:

- _ Digital Marketing Professional with 5 to 7 years of experience in similar positions._
- _ Degree in Social Communication / Digital Marketing / Advertising / Institutional Communication / Marketing / Journalism or related_
- _ Advanced oral and written English._
- _ Desirable basic Portuguese._
