Join our Global Talent Acquisition Team based in Colombia.

Main Activities:

  • Capable to give support the recruitment process in Latam (Technology, Automation, Digital Transformation, Sales&Marketing and Corporative roles).
  • Connect and understand our business challenges and priorities to define strategies to attract the best talent while building strong relationship and collaboration with the HRBP and hiring managers
  • Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to confirm the desired profile and develop a sourcing strategy for open position
  • Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to carry out the recruitment process according to their needs.
  • Experience with ATS (Workday, BrassRing, etc)
  • Highly preferred experience with recruiting strategies and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc)

Requeriments:

  • Bachelor ́s Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and knowledge in Full Life Cycle Recruiting.
  • Experience with ATS (Workday, BrassRing, etc)
  • Highly preferred experience with recruiting strategies and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc)
  • Great communication skills and interpersonal relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English.
