Mission:


Elaborate and follow up on the manufacturing plant's programme, being responsable for the process of production programming through the making of the production programme and its sequence.

Makes and controls manufacturing orders to maintain inventory that guarantees objective fiulfillment according to service

Responsibilities:

  • Using the Production Plan create and maintain the cast, spray, and Grade & Pack schedules for weekly production at the Perrysville Plant
  • Weekly cast schedule providing requirements to the Mold and Cast departments
  • Weekly spray schedule providing requirements for Glaze
  • Weekly Grade & Pack schedule providing requirements for trim production, purchasing and Grade & Pack
  • Conduct a weekly meeting with all manufacturing departments to identify and address any issues with the Production Schedule (overages as well as shortages)
  • Meet with production leadership to plan production and packing needs.
  • Plan, publish, and update a production schedule relevant to customer demand.
  • Responsible for continually assessing the impact to capacity, inventory, and purchase order activity that results from any proposed changes to the schedule.

Requirements:

Studies:

High School diploma. Associates degree preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing facility.

Specific
abilities**:

Bilingual (ENG-SPA)

Production planning

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

A working knowledge of ERP systems.
