Responsabilidades:

  • Asistencia a los representantes de servicios
  • Monitoreo de rutas diarias.
  • Dirigir y buscar soluciones a los choferes en rutas.
  • Servicio de carretera (Road Service)
  • Contactar a Penske/ Ryder para reparaciones de camiones, grúas, buscar sustitutos, y buscar soluciones para el chofer.
  • Reportar el estado de las rutas y retrasos en caso de averías de los camiones.
  • Brindar hora estimada a servicio al cliente.
  • Analizar y Asignar rutas y número de stop en SAP a clientes nuevos
  • Ingresar necesidades de rutas en el sistema (route request).
  • Asignación de recolección de RMA a los conductores.
  • Coordinación de transferencias con 3PL.
  • Coordinar la recolección de producto cuando ventas lo solicite.
  • Trabajar en equipo con el departamento de servicio al cliente para suplir las expectativas de nuestros clientes.
  • Comunicar en el menor tiempo posible, todo inconveniente al departamento de logística.
  • Apoyar el departamento de Logística.
  • Contratación de transporte para algunos de nuestros proveedores que entregan con términos EXW
  • Autorización de pagos para el transporte tratado en el punto anterior
  • Reportar las cargas que no se lograron recibir durante el día y estaban agendadas
  • Brindar reporte diario del estado de rutas al cierre de turno
  • Dentro del monitoreo diario de rutas establecer una comunicación con los Service rep, de tal manera que la relación brinde valor agregado al cliente via mejorías de servicio y comunicación al cliente sobre sus entregas.

Requisitos:

  • Inglés B2+
  • Conocimiento y experiência en uso de Microsoft Windows
  • 6 meses a 1 año de experiência en Logística preferiblemente
  • Automotivado
  • Resuelve problemas
  • Comunicación eficaz
  • Disposición para aprender y aportar al equipo
  • Licenciatura mínima
