RESPONSIBILITIES of our Agents

  • Lead Generation and appointment setting in the insurance industry for small businesses in the USA.
  • Follow up on all outstanding potential leads daily.
  • To be organized, focused, and highly motivated.
  • Ensuring a proper English spoken and written representing well the company.

REQUIREMENTS of our Agents:

  • Advanced English (Be able to maintain a fluent conversation in English).
  • Maintain an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude daily.

  • Meet goals and objectives as established daily, weekly, monthly.
  • Strong communication, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology systems.
  • To be teachable and willing to contribute with the company's growth.
