In this role, you will

  • Participate in develop marketing initiatives and strategies to Business Development area with partners focused on driving growth, utilization, and adoption of Align's product.
  • Manage printed materials and Logistics for CALA countries, conjoint work with main Distributor
  • Purchase Orders for all services for CALA countries
  • In charge of design for day /day arts of printed materials, clinical, sales, clinical support, customer support
  • Maintains sales supporting materials for TMs and give support in case of doubts.
  • Helps with on boarding and training sessions for new hires and in KO /Sales Cycle.
  • Develops materials and visuals for Events and congresses.
  • Help in coordinate all partnerships initiatives in collaboration with crossfunctional team to establish and maintain scoring requirements, sales acceptance of leads, conversion metrics, and demand to meet revenue objectives through channel programs.
  • Deal with creative agency to adapt/create promo materials according to local regulation rules
  • Benchmark and adapt best practices from other countries ensuring right governance to achieve objectives
  • Monitor competitors' activities and Marketing trends
  • Develop sales & marketing playbooks to standardize partnership programs
  • Support sales team with appropriate materials fostering brand adoption
  • Control of budget and contracts related to multiples items.

In this role, you'll need

  • Minimum of 4 years work experience in relevant roles within marketing or commercial management
  • Marketing career from FMCG healthcare industry, pharmaceutical or medical devices.
  • Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural organization in a fast pace environment
  • Previous sales or trade experience is a plus
  • Excellence in execution and attention to details
  • Highly Hands on and autonomous profile
  • Analytical skill
  • Team contributor who cultivates collaborative work environment
  • Client focused and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Effective communication
  • Fast learner (clinical, regulation, environments, etc)
  • Degree in Business related areas
  • English spoken and written communication skill is a plus.
  • Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs
