Finance Operation Manager
Liderar la ejecución de las actividades de Finance Operations para Colombia. Garantizar todos los procesos contables, fiscales y de control al interior y exterior de la compañía

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Coordinación con finance services y el outsourcing de procesos financieros en los diferentes módulos para las actividades de P2P, O2C, R2R, Collections, Fixed Assets, Treasury, payroll, Inventories y algunas actividades locales de Taxes para Colombia Consumo.
  • Asegurar que los estados financieros de las compañías reflejen la realidad de las operaciones financieras y certificarlos anualmente para las dos entidades que maneja el negocio
  • Asegurar la presentación de los estados financieros consolidados.
  • Soporte al equipo de Tax & Stats en las actividades Fiscales, mayormente en lo referente a sometimientos de declaraciones ante la

DIAN:

Revisión de la declaración de renta, medios magnéticos, requerimientos de la DIAN y otros entes del gobierno, presentación de declaraciones fiscales periódicas, etc.


  • Soporte en áreas de planeación financiera y control de gastos cuando sea requerido
  • Soporte en actividades de documentación SAGRILAFT tanto para clientes como para proveedores cuando salgan del alcance del compliance manager.
  • Revisión del presupuesto del área que lidera. Busines Owner de diferentes contratos del área de finanzas. Certificaciones de nómina, así como soportar en las distintas certificaciones del Revisor fiscal. Acompañamiento en los procesos del RUT, Camara de Comercio y cualquier otra documentación legal.
  • Firma de documentos de entes del gobierno cuando no se requiera firma de representante legal.
  • Atender y soportar localmente en las auditorias de revisoría fiscal, y demás auditorías internas y externas, incluyendo entes del gobierno, con los requerimientos legales correspondientes.
  • Dar seguimiento a las responsabilidades estatutarias y fiscales locales, según el modelo operativo BSC-ICSSLOC-TAX & STAT Control y conciliación de cuentas contables a cargo.
  • Responsable por la integridad y de la emisión de los Estados Financieros, según requerimientos; asimismo de la estimación del forecast estatutario.
  • Soporte en el relacionamiento de bancos y entidades financieras aprobadas por la corporación.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los Días de pago y cobranzas de nuestros clientes que estén dentro de la umbrela de Colombia. Asimismo, colaborar en la proyección de las cuentas de componen el Free Cash Flow.
  • Coordinación del proceso y generación de órdenes de compra para Colombia cuando aplique.

Contador público titulado y con tarjeta profesional

Experiência:
Al menos 8 años de experiência relevante en Contabilidad y Finanzas (todos los ciclos contables de una empresa comercial transaccional) Compañías multinacionales

  • Manejo de contabilidad estatutaria y requerimientos fiscales locales
  • Conocimientos sólidos en impuestos.
  • Experiência en industria farmacéutica, deseable.
  • Experiência en compañías con servicios financieros compartidos fuera de Colombia, deseable.
  • Análisis financiero, presupuestos y reportes a casa matriz

Habilidades:

  • Habilidades de comunicación interpersonal verbal y escrita, capacidad de negociación, persuasión e influencia.
  • Proactividad, orientación a resultados y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión.
  • Manejo de la complejidad, la ambigüedad y la incertidumbre.
  • Manejo operativo con Hubs de Servicios en otros países incluidos la India.
  • Experiência en supervisión de personal.
  • Trabajo en Equipo, Trabajo cross áreas, Toma de decisiones
  • Ingles Avanzado
