Responsibilities:
- Create financial models, underwriting and analysis of investment opportunities, including complex financial and waterfall analysis.
- Collect and analyze due diligence materials for new acquisitions.
- Coordinate due diligence efforts with third parties and consultants and analyze results in comparison with transaction underwriting.
- Prepare presentations of investment memos to investment committee.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate economic, demographic and Real Estate market
- Sales Comp tracking by pulling down sales data from various data sources/organize & maintain.
- Perform extensive Argus and Excel financial modeling, including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required (C1).
- Bachelor's degree real estate, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- Strong Excel skills (Macros preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as a member of the team.
- Strong time management skills, critical thinker, problem solving, willingness to learn, effective and efficient communication.
Conditions:
- Hybrid modality work in Bogotá (Colombia)
- Availability for full time job.
