Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Influencer Campaign Manager to join our team.
As an Influencer Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns that align with our clients' objectives.
You'll work closely with influencers, brands, and other stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.If you're passionate about influencer marketing and have a keen eye for spotting trends and opportunities, we would love to hear from you

Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement dynamic influencer marketing campaigns crafted to resonate with specific goals and captivate our audience across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
- Orchestrating seamless collaboration with key players such as Music Labels, Brands, and other influencers, ensuring a harmonious blend of creativity and strategy in our social media endeavors.
- Develop captivating campaign materials tailored for influencers, sparking resonance and virality across TikTok and Instagram. Analyze campaign performance to uncover insights that drive our next wave of creative brilliance.
- Actively listen to audience feedback, employing a proactive approach to refine influencer strategies and elevate the overall customer experience on social platforms. Foster effective communication channels and meticulously execute all aspects of our influencer campaigns, ensuring a timely and impactful presence across TikTok and Instagram.
Must-Have Tools/Platforms:
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Snapchat
- Other Social Media Influencer Platforms
- Project Management platforms
- Must-Have: iPhone and a computer (preferably a Mac).
Qualifications:
- At least 13+ years of experience in influencer and campaign management or a related field.
- Demonstrated understanding of influencer marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Be able to support key objectives in a fastpaced environment.
- Be able to identify top trends within TikTok and Instagram and be able to support timesensitive campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in project management with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- Experience with Excel is preferred.
- Must have a solid understanding of social media influencer support and execution, especially on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat.
