If you're ready to bring the best, come join the Finance team as a Sales Representative. You'll be responsible for ensuring sell in and sell out of the territory in charge, responsible for the development of customers in the territory, implementation of the strategy, always seeking the fulfillment of business plans and lead the engagement with all stakeholders in the region and internally to enhance the region and customers. This role is located in Cali, Colombia with the expectation to travel once a month, subject to change.

A Taste Of What You'll Be Doing

  • Impact and Influence: Ability to influence others' opinions, guide customer decisions towards the offer, and analyze, plan, and execute sell-in and sell-out strategies for the assigned territory.
  • Achievement Orientation: Focus energy on achieving objectives and meeting targets. Maintain control over portfolio and investments.
  • Initiative: Ability to make decisions independently, propose solutions, and act autonomously when necessary. Promote the growth and development of assigned clients.
  • Interpersonal Understanding: Maintain successful person-to-person relationships by empathizing with others.
  • Customer Orientation: Focused on satisfying customer needs, providing excellent service, and considering their perspectives. Increase distribution network (DN) and share of market (SOM) in Mom & Pop stores.

We're Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Administrative Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience in the commercial area, managing key accounts in the traditional channel and distributors.
  • Leadership of commercial teams.
  • Excellent knowledge in data analysis and Excel /Office package management.
  • Advanced intermediate English.
