We are currently looking for a program manager to lead the execution and delivery of government-based credentials and software solutions.

We are seeking a transformational leader to manage all activities within the program, act as an ambassador for our customers, local partners & third-party contractors.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will also look at new ways of developing new business.

What you Will Do:

  • Will manage all programs dimensions: contracts, plans, financials, supply chain, quality
  • Interface directly with the CID software and credentials team(s) to develop and deliver both solutions and credential based on the contractual obligations of the assigned program
  • Define the client and suppliers' contracts with support of legal and sales, analyze legal risks and maximize backtoback coverage
  • Analyze and mitigate risks on all program dimensions
  • Manage and resolve issues arising in the program lifecycle
  • Consolidate and maintain synthetic reporting to support decision making
  • Lead, participate in and support your organization in the preparation and execution of regular program status reviews meetings with the management team
  • Deliver client service excellence: build a solid relationship with the clients by ensuring regular visits, demonstrate strong support to the client needs
  • Manage customer expectations and relationship. This will assist and aid in the development of longterm relationships and additional project farming opportunities
  • Develop expertise and continuous improvement: analyze issues and opportunities for improvement in the program management discipline
  • Build a solid knowledge of the specific program management challenges for the Identity Solutions business
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

What you will need:

  • Direct experience of managing large programs and solid knowledge on endtoend project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle
  • Thorough understanding in ISO standards as it relates to Passport and Card technologies
  • Working experience in change discipline, risk and issue management and good knowledge of a recognized PM method
  • Experience of working within a structured project management framework
  • Hands on experience using project management tools and technique


 Bachelor's degree
  • Engineering background
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in program management. Government related eID or ePassport experience favorable
  • PMP Project management certification required. Must be up to date and active.

Language Skills

  • Native level Spanish & English
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards,
- etc.

  • Additional verbal and written languages (Portuguese, French, Arabic or other) is a plus
  • Computer Skills
  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
