Role Focus:

As a Financial Assistant, your responsibilities will revolve around various accounting tasks such as purchases, sales, salaries, service payments, depreciations, and more. You will also handle stock control, portfolio management, bank reconciliations, financial statement projections, tax preparation, and compliance reporting. Collaboration with the Financial Controller to achieve the company's financial objectives will be crucial.

Responsibilities:

- Requesting RETEIVA/Retefuente Certificates
- Sending withholding certificates to suppliers
- Daily cash receipts recording
- Fixed assets activation and monthly depreciation processing
- Supplier creation in our ERP system
- Supplier invoice accounting
- Supplier invoice acknowledgment in Facele
- Expense receipts preparation
- Bank charge registration
- Expense reimbursements accounting
- Portfolio monitoring and management
- G3 documentary support for internal controls
- Other accounting duties delegated by the Controller

Requirements for Success:

Studies: Student in the final semesters of Public Accounting or Accounting Technician/Technologist
Knowledge/Qualifications: Administration, Financial, Accounting, Financial regulations, IFRS, Taxes and withholdings, Payroll Settlement, Microsoft tools proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
