El Especialista en Aseguramiento de Calidad (QA) orientado a Big Data es un profesional clave en nuestro equipo, dedicado a garantizar la calidad y fiabilidad de nuestras soluciones de Big Data antes de su puesta en producción.

Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Data Engineers, Data Scientists y Data Stewards para diseñar y ejecutar planes de pruebas que aseguren el correcto funcionamiento y rendimiento de nuestras soluciones.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y ejecutar planes de pruebas específicos para implementaciones de Big Data, incluyendo flujos de ingestión, procesamiento ETL, agregación y análisis.
  • Realizar pruebas manuales y/o automatizadas para identificar y reportar problemas en la calidad de datos, integridad y rendimiento.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con ingenieros de datos para validar la lógica de transformación de datos y garantizar la integridad de los datos durante los procesos de ETL (Extracción, Transformación, Carga).
  • Desarrollar y mantener estrategias y planes de prueba para aplicaciones de big data, asegurando la cobertura de pruebas en todas las canalizaciones de datos y procesos analíticos.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas de validación de extremo a extremo para garantizar la precisión, consistencia e integridad de los datos durante todo el ciclo de vida de los datos.
  • Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para comprender los requisitos de datos, los modelos de datos y las fuentes de datos, e identificar posibles problemas de calidad.
  • Construir y mantener scripts y marcos de prueba automatizados para agilizar los procesos de prueba y validación de datos.
  • Monitorear, analizar e informar sobre el rendimiento y la calidad de las aplicaciones de big data, identificando tendencias, patrones y anomalías.
  • Colaborar con científicos de datos para validar la precisión y eficacia de los modelos y algoritmos de aprendizaje automático.
  • Documentar los resultados de las pruebas, analizar y registrar los problemas encontrados y seguir su resolución.
  • Requisitos:
  • Ingeniería de Sistemas o afines.
  • Experiência de 4 años en aseguramiento de calidad y pruebas de soluciones de Big Data, gobierno del dato, procesamiento de datos, analítica.
  • Entendimiento de tecnologías de big data como Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive y HBase.
  • Familiaridad con bases de datos SQL y NoSQL, modelado de datos y conceptos de almacenamiento de datos.
  • Experiência con herramientas y marcos de validación de datos, así como con herramientas de prueba automatizadas.
  • Capacidad para analizar y solucionar problemas complejos relacionados con datos y proporcionar soluciones efectivas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Deseables:
  • Experiência con plataformas de big data basadas en la nube como AWS, Azure o Google Cloud Platform.
  • Conocimiento de tecnologías de contenedores como Docker y Kubernetes.
  • Familiaridad con plataformas de transmisión de datos como Apache Kafka.
  • Comprensión de la gobernanza de datos y regulaciones de cumplimiento.
  • Certificación en tecnologías de big data o pruebas de software (por ejemplo, CCA Data Analyst, ISTQB).
  • Conocimiento en lenguajes de programación comúnmente utilizados en entornos de big data (por ejemplo, Java, Python, Scala).
