About the Job and Company

Job Title: Manager Technical Project Management II

Responsible for driving complex, high priority projects, or components phases of large programs. Responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. This person will lead and coordinate cross-functional, departmental, and cross-company teams responsible for all aspects of a project, from initiation to closure.

  • Orchestrator of the operational ecosystem of the cell.
  • Coordinated management of the work team's capacity.
  • Participation in the defined capacity and monthly committees with the client.
  • Management of the product backlog for projects under the cell's management.
  • Agreement with the Client on capacity management.
  • Control of resource hours and preparation of monthly client billing.
  • Compliance with the service agreement.
  • Action plans, improvement of indicators, and SLA management.
  • Presentation of reports and control panels on cell performance and project results.
  • Problem-solving from problem evaluation for solution selection. Ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans. Ability to accept change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction, and altered priorities. Support the team in resolving impediments preventing the resolution of User Stories or enablers.
  • Work with the scrum master in developing improvement plans and methodological alignment.
  • Planning and monitoring operational and methodological improvements for your work team.
  • Ensure project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed. This includes project scheduling. Risk and issue management. Scope change management.
  • Control of resource hours and preparation of monthly client billing.
  • Compliance with the defined indicators in the service agreement.
  • Action plans, improvement of indicators, and SLA management.
  • Project budget management. This includes understanding and validating estimates, tracking cost variance, and effective project resource management.
  • Provide clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal.
  • Facilitate/manage project communications and stakeholder, client, and project team expectations.
