Business Controlling Manager


The Senior Sales & Marketing Controller is responsible for analyzing and controlling the financial performance of a Business unit usually within a cluster of countries.

The role is challenging corrective actions to improve performance on country level.

The Senior Sales & Marketing Controller is responsible for the execution of financial controls includingall aspects of profit centre accounting, revenue and cost control, financial systems and procedures in adherence with prescribed corporate policies and BU guidelines.


About the Role


Monitors the respective Business Unit performance and deviations, analyze complete financials, suggests corrective actions and follows up Challenges and supports local Management Team in all financial aspects as Controlling Business partner Contribute to monthly consolidation of the Business Unit Financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) and consolidation of long term financial plans.

Responsible for cost centre analysis Contribute to defining reporting guidelines, instructions and content in alignment with Corporate Finance Participate in creation of budget and forecast for the Business Unit for the defined area Participate in cross Business Unit Controlling Network activities Follow controlling standards and other Essity policies such as MICR and legal regulations May manage a team of S&M Controller

Who You Are

  • You are a professional in Finance, Administrative, Industrial Engineering or related careers
  • Specialization in Finance or MBA (desirable)
  • You have experience in similar positions of at least 5 years, preferably in companies in the health sector, mass consumption, personal care.
  • You are achievement oriented, business focused
  • You have skill and numerical analysis that allow you to present indicators
  • You have skill in the elaboration and analysis of Budget / FC
  • Your level of English 90%
  • You have the ability to manage and manage data / information that allows their analysis
  • You have the ability to generate reports that allow decisions to be made based on the analysis of financial information
  • You are analytical and interact with the other areas of the Company
