As a Customer Success Partner, you'll play a vital part in our success You'll have a good knowledge of the Sales process, potentially within special sales area(s) and you ́ll ensure that sales requests are prioritized in the correct order.

Key responsibilities :

Ensures smooth flow of request and also ensure that SLAs are met. Ensures that the Quality of request is adhered to. Performs RCA of any error caused. Assists TLs in shift planning. Has responsibility for tagging requests. Acts as a single point of contact for Stakeholders/frontline sales. Conducts deadlines negotiation for bulk requests. Maintains and sends all weekly productivity, performance, and process-related reports to the stakeholders and management as per requirements. Provides back-end support to front sales. May analyze requests from customers.

We are looking for :

Bachelor's degree preferably in International Trade, International Business, or Logistics. 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics and multinational companies. Stakeholder and project management experience. Customer and People Oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills. Strong management and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a team environment and to work independently. Leadership skills. Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office tools is a plus. Fluency in English. Detailed oriented.
