In this role you will work with an exciting startup using drones to provide data analytics to construction teams to help them better manage their job sites. This is a great chance to work with an exciting company that is helping the top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers in the US and Canada.
The RoleWe are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to support our U.S.-based marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating and executing digital marketing strategies, managing email campaigns, coordinating events with high attention to detail, and collaborating with sales teams for digital outreach as directed by our Growth Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and possesses outstanding experience with HubSpot, website design/editing, landing pages, social marketing, and content creation. Familiarity with swag design and distribution is a plus.
Responsibilities- Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans in alignment with company goals
- Track and analyze performance metrics (ROI, conversions, engagement) to optimize campaigns
- Email Marketing
- You will support our Growth Marketing Manager in a variety of tasks/projects as directed for digital outreach to support our GTM efforts
- Create and manage email campaigns using HubSpot or similar tools
- Segment audiences, automate workflows, and optimize open/click-through rates
- Website Design & Editing
- Maintain and update company websites, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement new features, fix bugs, and improve site performance
- Content Marketing
- Work with the content team to develop blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, and other resources
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all digital channels
- Event Management & Coordination
- Organize and execute both online and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences
- Manage event logistics, marketing collateral, and post-event follow-up strategies
- Social Marketing
- Oversee social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Develop and curate engaging content, monitor community feedback, and track social metrics
- Digital Outreach & SDR Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with SDR (Sales Development Representatives) to develop targeted outreach campaigns
- Leverage digital channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate and nurture leads
- Landing Pages & HubSpot
- Design, build, and optimize landing pages to support lead generation and nurture funnels
- Manage HubSpot integrations, reporting, and marketing automation tools to streamline campaign efforts
- Swag Management
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop branded merchandise
- Coordinate swag distribution for events, client gifts, and employee onboarding
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in English, including exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Technical: Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms), website CMS (e.g., WordPress), and email marketing tools
- Design: Familiarity with basic web design principles, HTML/CSS, or the ability to coordinate with design teams
- Events: Proven experience organizing, promoting, and executing virtual and in-person events
- Social Media: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel social campaigns
- Analytics: Strong data interpretation skills; experience with Google Analytics or similar platforms a plus
